Looking for some deployment insight... How do your folks use Archivematica?

Hello,

I hope all are hope all are well.  At Towson University we are trying to get Archivematica going. I have worked through some install issues on this list but now I am stuck on how to grant our users access to system.  

How do others do this? Do there folks access the product remotely or have folks set up local processing stations?  I am assuming you would somehow arrange for folks to access the server over the network and not at the physical system.  Is this correct?    If so I am somewhat stuck on what do next after running the Vagrant install.  Right now I have host-only access but can't grant other access.  I feel like I'm missing some important documentation.  How do you take this into production?  Please understand that I do not have much background vagrant and some of the other technologies in use, please pardon my lack of experience. Thanks in advance for your help
