Why Archivematica containerized setup is not ready for production yet?

Hi

I just want to know why Archivematica Containerized setup is not recommended fo production enviroments?

Is there any issue related to running Archivematica on kubernetes?

Hi,

Until recently, we didn't test and develop Archivematica docker images for production, though we use them for development. We have started to work on creating docker images for production and our current work is available here: https://github.com/artefactual-labs/archivematica-docker

We had an Archivematica Contributor's Gathering last June to talk about this. If you want to look at the notes from the meeting and review the slides and summary report, you can do so here. 

That being said, you'll find a lot of examples of people running Archivematica in containers for production, although there are many different configurations. It might be worth searching through the user forum for past discussions on this subject, such as some around running Archivmatica on Kubernetes:
