Normalisation of PST files

Dear all,

i managed to install Archivematica 1.6 on Ubuntu Server, and can start Transfers and Ingests.

My problem: normalisation of PST (MS Outlook archive format) does not work, PST-files are stored in their original format.

The logfile shows:

File found: e952fe96-3e76-4913-974f-8dade0c4065a %SIPDirectory%objects/test.pst

File format: Email: Microsoft Outlook Personal Folders: Generic PST

No rule for test.pst falling back to default access rule

Format Policy Rule: Normalize Unknown: Default Format: Unknown file format for Default Access via Copying file to access directory

I think i'm missing something here; i'm using the standard installation. What rule do i need to add in order to be able to process PST files?

My apologies if this is something simple and has been asked before! Let me know if you need more information!

It looks like there currently isn't a default normalization command for normalizing PST files. This thread might help:
