Clamscan virus failures

Hi,

We're trying to transfer files that have already been virus scanned into Archivematica, using the latest version. Here's a screenshot of the errors:

Hello Deb,

Probably the easiest solution is if the files have been virus scanned would be to turn the virus scanning off in the Processing Configuration (under Administration). If you still want Archivematica to run virus scanning so that you have a record of it having been run in the AIP METS file, you may need a systems administrator to investigate your ClamAV configuration- you might point them to the documentation here: https://archivematica.org/en/docs/archivematica-1.15/user-manual/transfer/scan-for-viruses/#scan-for-viruses
