Restart an Ingest

I am wondering if there is any way yet to restart an Ingest that failed due to a system restart or do I have to go back through the whole transfer process again? It failed at the SIP transcription step (No) and the files are still located in the currentlyProcessing directory. Is it possible to edit the processingMCP.xml file to start it over asking at that point?

Sorry, better information: running the first project through on 1.13.1 after an upgrade.
