Why are files struckthrough in Transfer folder

Hello: We are just getting started. When I pull up our S3 Transfer folder it has two image sin it, but they are "struckthrough" and the "Add" button does not work. Can anyone explain this? What am I missing in the process?

Hi Dan- an easy fix thankfully! With a couple of exceptions (zipped bag or zipped directory transfers) Archivematica needs the content to be in directories in order to select it for transferring. If you can add a directory level and place your objects inside it, you'll be all set.

Hi Dan,

I believe you can only choose a directory at that stage, not individual files, which is why they’re crossed out. If you put those files in a folder, you’ll be able to select the folder and continue with the process.
