Error with connecting to ArchivesSpace

Good afternoon I am currently working with our IT department to get the integration working between Archivematica and ArchivesSpace. We are using a development system for testing before taking it into production and I am using the VM installed on my local computer following the instructions on the website. (Version 2.4.1 of vagrant and Virtualbox 7.0)

When I try to search ArchivesSpace via the Appraisal page in Archivematica I get an error saying to look in the dashboard log. In looking up the error I get states. "Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 111] Connection refused". We are a bit lost at what to do on our end. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Patrick,

I am also experiencing a similar issue. Our IT department believes it is related to our instance of ArchivesSpace being set up behind a firewall with an https protocol. Is this the same case as your setup? If so, that might be the issue.

Hello,

I am having the same issue. I recently started to install Archivematica, but I got the same problem. I am following the "Automated installation using Ansible" (https://www.archivematica.org/en/docs/archivematica-1.17/admin-manual/installation-setup/installation/install-ansible/#install-ansible).

Were you able to overcome this problem?
