Problem downloading AIP

Hi,

has anyone had problems downloading AIPs from the Archivmatica 1.13 dashboard?

When I click the download button I get this error

I haven't had any problems downloading AIPs, but this same message pops up for me whenever I try to download individual files, either from the Archival Storage tab or the Appraisal tab. I would also like help to fix this.
