No transfer source is shown on archivematica

Hi

The transfer source directory /home/biblioteca   was configurated on storage. Some files were saved on this directory /home/biblioteca.

However it is not possible to search directory and files saved on it from archivematica transfer. 

The archivematica is a new installation  version 1.9 installed on  ubuntu 18.04

Transfer source is not shown on archivematica

See 3 images below - 

1) Transfer source and files saved on it are  NOT  shown on archivematica

2) transfer source directory /home/biblioteca is configurated and it is shown on archivematica administration

3) transfer source directory is configurated and enable on storage.

Any idea about this issue. Is there any additional configuration to be done in order transfer source works ???

You need to click on "Browse" in the Transfer tab to search for the files in the Transfer source location

Also, because the transfer source is added without a label it might showup as an empty entry in the transfer source list when clicking browse.

The transfer source is blank. I have typed label on transfer name also but there is no transfer source shown.

How to include a label to transfer source. Is it correct the way I do?

Put a description on the Transfer source in the Storage-Service.

Then when configured correctly it should show up with a name/Label

Description was blank. Aftter insert description, the  description is shown. However files inserted on directoynot yet

What do the storage service logs say?

You can find those in /var/log/archivematica.

What are the rights on the /home/biblioteca ?

If the Archivematica user cant read the directory it will say "does not excist"

Ok, did you restart the Archivematica server yet ? this might solve the problem, we had some issues and magically disappeared

Are the archivematica-storage-service and the dashboard installed on the same server ?

How did you configure your Space on the storage service ?

After restart archivematica server new information is shown on transfer tab. However is not possible see files on directory

Both archivematic-storage-service and dashboard are in the same server.

Spaces are configured default and it was created transfer source pointing to /home/biblioteca

A doubt archivematic is claiming that "/" directory or "/home/biblioteca" directory does not exists???

It referres  / (Local Filesystem) at end of log record.

Well, i cant get my head around it why the SS throws an directory does not exist is the folders are rwxrwxrwx....

Could you tell us how you installed Archivematica on the Ubuntu machine ?

I do manual instalation on ubuntu following the steps  https://www.archivematica.org/pt-br/docs/archivematica-1.10/admin-manual/installation-setup/installation/install-ubuntu/#install-pkg-ubuntu

The archivematic version is 1.10 not 1.9 as I had said before

However there is some issues and community helpe me workaround this issue. The topic is

Good news

The file directory contents are visible now.

After save again transfer source localation, aprove and execute job presented, and a second server restart

the file contents is being shown now.
