What is this message that regularly replies to my messages as soon as I post them (and for sure under this post)?

I had never seen it before.

Hi,

It's some manner of spam account- we had it filtering correctly to spam before but it seems to be coming through now for some reason. I banned the user, hopefully that will do the trick!
