CMS & Archivematica

Hi All! 

Our archive is in the process of building out a new CMS and I'm curious if anyone here has experience integrating Collective Access with Archivematica or similar CMS. We're interested to hear if or how you've used your CMS to reflect digital preservation metadata and any successes with API and workflows you'd like to share.

Hi Claire,

CollectiveAccess is able to create a zipped bagit package through its external export plugin. This can be configured to be sent directly to the Archivematica Transfer source storage ready for ingest.

If you want to put your data through Archivematica first and use the access copy to load into CollectiveAccess, then I am unsure if this type of integration already exists.
