Hello everyone,

I can not upload my DIP in to ATOM.
I have installed
archiematica 1.3 and Atom 2.0.1 on the same machine. I edited the default/gearman--job-server and Atom-worker.conf My Atom has configured the SWORDplugin and job. Sword default directory: / tmp.

My atom-worker.log:

>> gearman-worker New ability: qtSwordPluginWorker
>> gearman-worker Running worker...
>> gearman-worker PID 1969
>> gearman-worker A new job has started to being processed.
>> gearman-worker A package was deposited by reference.
>> gearman-worker Location: file:///ggggg-ed9f5bcf-492f-4f23-b8b1-0e86b00b2804
>> gearman-worker Processing...
>> gearman-worker Object slug: prueba
>> gearman-worker Exception: File/directory doe...-492f-4f23-b8b1-0e86b00b2804.
>> gearman-worker Job finished.

Archivematica said upload succefully but
really there is this error error:

upload-qubit_v0.0 --url="http://192.168.1.130:8080/index.php" \ --email="miguel...@demo.com" \ --password="demo" \ --uuid="ed9f5bcf-492f-4f23-b8b1-0e86b00b2804" \ --version=2

I have reinstalled everything and always get the same error.
Can someone help me?. Where I'm wrong on my installation?.

Hello Miguel,

There was unfortunately a bug in AtoM 2.0.1 that prevented DIP upload- this is probably what you are experiencing.  There was a 2.0.2 release of AtoM to address this problem (github branch: https://github.com/artefactual/atom/tree/v2.0.2-rc1), or you could upgrade to AtoM 2.1 which should also work fine with Archivematica 1.3. Once challenge you will have with AtoM 2.1 and Archivematica 1.3 is they use different versions of ElasticSearch so it would be recommended to install them on different VM's.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Sarah

Hello:

I installed on two virtual machines like you advised me. One with ubuntu 12.04 and archivematica 1.3 and another with Ubunutu 14 with Atom 2.1. Users are: for archivematica :miguelar and for atom miguelat.

I follow the steps to create ssh connection between the archivematica user (miguelar) and archivematica user (miguelat). I created the public key in var / lib / archivematica / .ssh. After I create the user archivematica Atom and then give the keys; but in this case always ask me the keys from ssh Archivematica. If I do with user miguelat (my normal user) (I give the keys to this user) I can go properly. when run archivematica I see that the Dip are sent from archivematica to / tmp (atom) but I see not gearman-worker gets the file archives.

Swordplugins are active, the gearman worker configured ports 4730 ...

Can you help?

this is the error:
archivematicamiguelat.tiff

The semicolon in "POST /index.php/;sword..." looks suspicious.

Here there is no semicolon: https://projects.artefactual.com/issues/7016

From the screenshot, it looks like you are missing the : version=2 flag in your dip upload configuration settings.  You had that in your earlier examples, but it is not showing in this screenshot.

The url that Archivematica POSTs to has a semicolon in it for older versionf of Atom (1.x versions).  If you add version=2 in the atom dip upload configuration page in Archivematica, you should get past this error.

Fantastic, glad to hear you got it working.  Thanks to Phil Durbin for pointing out the extra semicolon, that is what tweaked my memory to look for the missing version=2 flag.
