Email set up process for AM

Hi all,

On a new installation, what do I need to do to configure the email functionality within AM? Currently if I try to delete an AIP, the system states it has sent an email but I dont receive it. I have looked at the install instructions and tried searching the wiki etc... Some pointers would be gratefully received.

Hi Timothy,

When you completed the installation, you should have had the opportunity to enter an email address. It should be the same as what is listed for your user in administration. There shouldn't be any further configuration needed. Can you confirm that the email address is correct?
