TRAC review tool - Adding the 'Requirement Status' Block

Hello Everyone,
After a security vulnerabilities patching and upgrade on our server hosting the TRAC tool recently, the 'Requirement Status' block have disappeared. I am new to supporting the TRAC tool but after some investigation, I believe the 'Requirement Status' block is generated with a Drupal Custom SQL call to build the section.
Would someone be able to provide me with the Drupal Custom SQL call to re-build the 'Requirement Status' block please?
Our TRAC tool is at http://trac.library.ubc.ca and the 'Requirement Status' block is noticeably missing at the bottom of the page. I would like the 'Requirement Status' section to be displayed similar to the TRAC installation at: http://dpworkshop.org/trac/ .
