New Install: Configuring storage; symbolic link issue

Hi: 

I'm installing a first time instance of Archivematica and when I try to configure the storage, I get this message: 

akranjac@ubuntu: ~$ sudo rm -f /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/default

akranjac@ubuntu: ~$ sudo ln -s /etc/nginx/sites-available/storage /etc/nginx/sites-enabled/storage

ln: failed to create symbolic link '/etc/nginx/sites-enabled/storage' : File exists

I tried to unlink but permission was denied, most likely since I don't own the file. Any suggestions or ideas would be appreciated.
