Trying out preview of 1.7 with shibboleth

Hi -

We're trying to get archivematica going with shibboleth integration, excited that it is being worked on for the up-n-coming 1.7 release.

We're creating some docker images of archivematica at https://hub.docker.com/r/uazlibraries/archivematica/ , so it would be pretty easy to create an image using 1.7 if there is an apt repo we could install from.
