[dualdx]Ceasing operations

Greetings:

As you are probably aware, the quantity of message traffic for this
list (dua...@treatment.org) has diminished greatly over the years, as
it has for many other discussion lists. This is due to the increased
use of other types of social media, and for this topic, other SAMHSA
information resources are being provided for co-occurring disorders.
The list has been supported by one of the SAMHSA contracts which will
be ending on September 11, 2014. After that date, this discussion
list will no longer be supported and will cease operations.

Thank you for messages and responses during the life of this
discussion list.
