[dualdx] Question on homelessness and Veterans

Good day:

Does anyone have information on programming that has good
outcomes for homeless veterans with co-occurring
disorders? Any assistance would be appreciated. Using
google scholar I keep coming up with either articles that
can't be accessed due to the government shutdown, or else
each one has a relatively high cost to obtain (and not
quite enough information in the abstract to know if I want
to get it.) As a secondary request, in your opinion, what
would be the best services to subscribe to and/or
professional memberships that have subscription
privileges?
