[dualdx] Legal Action Center, SAAS, National Council alliance

Hello list,

Last week two venerable substance abuse organizations -- The Legal Action Center and the State Association of Addiction Services -- and the venerable mental health membership organization, the National Council for Community Behavioral Health -- announced that they are forming an alliance.

I am looking for reactions and comments from substance abuse experts in particular on the implications of this merger.

For a copy of the article, email me offline and I will send it.

My deadline is tomorrow morning so I need comments quickly from interested parties.
