[dualdx]Definition of "Welcoming"

Hi all

A welcoming attitude is an important component of integrated services
for people with co-occurring disorders.

In attempting to ensure that a system of care exudes this attitude, it
would be helpful to be able to define it.

Does anyone on the list know of work that's been done, or
publications, attempting to define "welcoming" and/or training
programs to prepare providers to manifest this attitude?
