Kiwiburners should be able to view the financial budget you are
working to, currently the document is locked away

Attached is the Budget that ExCom and the Teams were working towards this year.  NOTE the Budget is prepared on a GST exclusive basis and is shown highlighted in Column C with 2017 actual costs shown in Column B as a comparative.  Some lines have notes included alongside.

Note that due to inclement weather etc additional expenses were incurred that were not in the Budget. We are still chasing up some costs and supporting invoices so at this time I cannot provide an indicative actual figure for the 2018 event however it should not be too far away.
