Budget wish list 2016

This is to get the ball rolling on any requests for new budget items, or increases to any existing budget items.

The finance team will start crafting the new budget around June 7 to allow a couple of weeks for discussion. 

Off the top of my head these were the main item that that have been requested for the next event.

New line items

- ARTery build - $2000

- Depot build - $3500

- Site vehicle (Golf cart/site ute/Gate vehicle) - $1000?

- Pay a lawyer to look at new H&S requirements - $?

- Crew training (do we want to make this a yearly line item?) - $1000-2000?

Increased

- Medical to add a new crew member - +$?

- Effigy/Temple - +$500-$1000

- Art Grants - +$2000?

- Security (hiring a second professional company aswell as fire volunteers) - +$5000?

- Miscellaneous (I would like to increase this to have more cover for unexpected events) - +$2000

Please throw in you requests and ideas. Again this will be a long process and many adjustments will be made in the lead up to the event but hopefully we will have a general frame work set in place by the end of June.

There's a list of what we agreed to at the Summit in the summary I sent round, and this looks fairly close to it.

I don't think we need to pay a lawyer for the H&S stuff, I've been looking into it in relation to my job and I think we'll need an on site officer ( who isn't distracted by other jobs) but other than that the reqs aren't all that different from what we're already doing. Full report soon.

I would like to talk about building a decent structure for the medics.

Also more like $3000 for site vehicles.  $2000 for a second ute and $1000 for golf cart/so etc.
