Can we start advertising the Site Safety Facilitator role?

We pretty much have a completed Site Safety Facilitator Job description. Good thing for us is Site Safety on the current website chart happens to have the same teams underneath it as the Revised org chart we're still discussing on the other thread. This won't require immediate work as once we action Holly to advertise it , we'd still need to wait for the applications to role in. Maybe this time we can put a deadline on this, for say 1 -2 months? Might push any potential applicants into gear?

It seems there are questions that can't/aren't being answered while we are waiting for our new Site Safety Facilitator. Lets do the thing to do the things!

Yup, I reckon do the thing we can chat with any applicants and explain the evolving role.

I've submitted this JD to web.editor to update on the website and drafted a media release to go with it once we have the website JD link. Keen for more hands on deck!

Are we able to do a more general callout for Facilitators/Excom and their 2ICs as well? I know I'd still be keen to step down within the next year as would some other Facilitators. If we did a general callout we could slot people into places according to skill sets.

I'm keen to get this role filled (I've been clearing the inbox ready for them). No reason why you couldn't so this with a separate media announcement if you want to draft it and submit to @news, just make sure your JDs are up to date (and submit the JD to webmaster@ to update on the website). It might be best to specify the ExCom positions that are actually available if you do a general call out.
