Crew Resources Team Lead Sally's crew management template - Volunteer Agreement - is now complete and available as a KB template through the KB Drive!

This template is to be used by the relevant department Facilitator (or allocated ExCom member in the case of ExCom members) when a Team Lead volunteer has accepted a position and is being on boarded. This agreement is to be completed by the relevant Facilitator and saved safely in the KB Drive with volunteers other details (including contact details and emergency information). When the volunteer steps down from their position, their Volunteer Exit information form (again, available as a template) will be saved along with this information/file.

Question: Do we still require our Crew MOU now that we have this document to implement?

Possibly only need an addendum as some of the Crew roles will be dealing with volunteers' personal information so we may need a clause to cover this (similar to what CC/ExCom members would have).  Volunteer Agreement only covers privacy in general whereas Crew roles have tighter requirements with regards to the release or discussion of personal info.

Right on, ok I've made some updates to the Team Leads/2iCs MOU post Code of Conduct and KB Drive updates. This doc is currently 5 pages long...I'd like to suggest we try and cut this back to no more than 3 or 4 pages as we're bombarding volunteers with a hell of a lot of content these days. I'll follow up separately re the Privacy clause.
