These have all been listed on website for the past six weeks or so requiring JDs which can then be uploaded and advertised. If you haven't done so already, fill out the online form for volunteer team to match skills with role.

Ok, Geveta can you please email/assign a task to the specific team leads that are filled to do their own and their 2ICs before next ExCom meeting. Put all the unassigned roles in a separate task and assign it to me and I'll have a go this weekend.

Could do - though also helpful, since Renee (documents@) contacted me for docs after Jamie engaged her to create missing JD's, I've updated the KB19_Kiwiburn Positions_Status_ALL. spreadsheet. There's filters along the top so you can sort by department. JD status is labelled either Done / WIP(work in progress) / Needed. I've added inks to any outdated JDs to the JD status column, and clarified the docs by title in our JD folder until all is current and sorted. Stat summary of we're we at is below. 

Being a crew matter, Jamie maybe you can take on the task of prompting our existing Team Leads on their JDs?

Hey all, just bumping the Facilitator JDs - there's an All ExCom task for this on Asana. Jaz is assigned any ALL EXCOM master task as Chair. If everyone could please remember to complete their tasks on Asana once you've completed a task in real life - I'm sure Jaz would love to remove this from her Task list!

There are still a number of outstanding Job Descriptions (JD) required.

Please look at the page and complete what is outstanding asap and send through to Volunteer Lead (VL), or let VL know a role is filled / no longer required.

If a JD is online, you must have also filled out the Volunteer request form so the VL knows you are looking to fill a role.

If you need help, or are unsure, there is a Docmentatiuon Specialist who can help you.

Update: the follow up of the creation of job descriptions has been reassigned form the now defunct Documentation Specialist role to Admin Tea, Lead Yasha. Yasha will work with Team Leads/Facilitators to ensure also JD are updated/exist for when needed.
