Google Cloud Account Customer Team - Notes from Meeting

Hey all

After getting in contact with us, I had a phone meeting with our Google Account Manager Ross Fenton from the Google Cloud Team. Funnily enough he's heard of Burning Seed and had a few Burn related questions for us - so I'd say we're in good hands. 

He asked about how we function as an organisation, and how we use different aspects of GSuite. He had a suggestion that we set up our Drive files to archive automatically (I mentioned that Webmaster Brad had already set this up for our emails), and also mentioned that one of our accounts was nearing its capacity (I've emailed Brad separately about this). 

Ross also provided a link to eligibility requirements if we were to gain Charitable status for free G Suite: https://www.google.com/nonprofits/eligibility/. 

All in all he seemed to think we have a good set up for our Org. function style, with role based emails suiting handovers and information retention well.
