Alternatively it can be found here:

Apologies for the delay. Lost my laptop on Tuesday, have spent the past day or two putting my life back together.
If there's anything in there that you can't live with, let me know. If there's anything additional, try and think how it might go into one of the sessions already in there and talk to whoever's chairing that discussion. There's a lot in there already.

Having sorted who's chairing each section as of yet, but we'll get there.

Tally ho.
Ben.

Looks great Ben. Although I am not confident we will be able to stick to those time slots lol.

I have 2 sensitive issues that need to be discussed. I imagine due to privacy issues this should only be between me and those on the excom? Will this be able to happen in the slot where we break into teams?

thanks ben. with the theme on the saturday arvo, it's prob not necessary to have time allowance for it as I have sent a spreadsheet of theme submissions to the secretary already to share with the ExCom to start the process of whittling down to the favourites / voting etc. If it is getting saved of the summit, traditionally it's a post-dinner conversation rather than part of the scheduled day items.

perhaps add this time to create a slightly longer lunch break?

Can you wedge that into setup/packdown?

I would like there to be a discussion about project managment tools for managing the event year round. we have asana and it seems not many folk use it? I use it and it's great. what do we need to get people onto it and rejuvenate interest in it and get folk using it regularly. or what are the alternatives?
