G'day team !
Meet Michelle Jutzi, our first onsite Crew support person! Michelle Is a yoga teacher and I understand has a bit of a naturopathic background as well, which we believe is a good skills package and approach to crew physical care.
We are still yet to appoint a team lead but I thought Michelle had been hanging too long now so we've caught up and decided to get her started.
- Holly/Bel are you set up yet on your end for crew onboarding? In doubt I'm kickstarting some of it below.
- Acknowledging this is a new role there is no email yet under the infrastructure team account. Brad is that something you can sort out? Orgchart might need a bit of a freshen up as well (for this, and other infrastructure teams), I imagine that's a Geveta thing - can we discuss separately?
- Craig can you arrange a crew ticket please?
- FC, here's a new name for your early entry list. Unfortunately Michalle can't make the first week on site so the lead will be there earlier hopefully. You can arrange a direct catch up with Michelle to discuss expectations/needs but I think we're probably better waiting until we have a lead and full team.
- Nan/Angela fyi this probably means an extra Marquee (or tent or whatever those large open shelters are called) in the Laydown area. Please coordinate with the crew support email when it's set up.
Although there is no lead yet, I have suggested to Michelle to start thinking (and recording on the drive - guidelines document created for this purpose)
how she thinks the team can achieve their role and how we can support them doing so (infrastructure and budget). Everyone feel free to jump in the document and write down your thoughts in there - this document will be formatted for handover purposes in the future. Each and every team has one of those and I'm expecting it to be a bit more in depth / role specific than the afterburn team section report.
