VOTE: New Excom structure.

The wording on the previous vote I had on this, was I admit not ideal and leading to confusion, thus I've shut it off. This was discussed at length at the summit. Summit minutes will eventually be public record. In lieu of that I believe it needs to be a matter of public record that we are considering a new structure for excom. Thus, I'd like a yes or no vote on whether we wish to work towards a new structure. So. 

a) This vote is not taking on the new structure. It is an affirmation for the public record that we wish to adopt a new structure at some point in the near future. 

b) The new structure has not been settled upon. If everyone is okay with the idea that we will need a new structure in the future (i.e. this vote passes), we will then discuss the structure. 

c) This vote does not imply that the new structure which hasn't been finalised is now operational. If agreement is reached here, then after we have worked out the new structure, there will then be a vote to make it operational. 

d) As this was discussed at the summit, to apparent agreement, given that it is primarily for the record and that it does not immediately change the operational structure of KB and that the minutes from the summit will eventually become public record, I feel that no discussion thread is necessary. 

e) If there are questions/concerns regarding the new structure, can they please wait until we have publicly recorded that we wish (or not) to look at adopting a new structure and we start a thread specifically for hashing out the nuts and bolts. 

Leaving this one open for 1 week or until everyone has voted. 75% (6/8) required.

We now have sufficient confidence in the idea that we need a new structure. We move onto discussing the structure, when we're happy with it, we will then vote to accept and make the new structure operational.
