Hi there!
At Site Office, we will be ticking off people as they arrive for shifts, or making notes against the people who no showed, need to be moved to another shift, coming late etc.
We will advise those on Manager shifts to observe volunteers and rate them on the online version of the roster, to pass this info on to you at the end of the burn.

1 star = adequate, tolerable, however not amazing
2 stars = loved having them on the team, did the job well and would
encourage them to come back
3 stars = This person went above and beyond and deserve recognition. Maybe
would even recommend them for management in future.
That's all your system really needs. Did the person show up, and how did
they preform. You just need a way of recording it.

Gate will be giving shift managers a form to fill out at the end of their
shift so we can collect feedback about Gate volunteers. Love the star
rating, will incorporate that!
