Resignation as Chair of the ExCom

Hi everyone,

Today I'm giving notice that I'm stepping down from the role of Chair. I've been in the role for over a year now and my work in other areas within Kiwiburn are taking up a lot of time and energy and I feel much more passionate about them. I would like to move in to the role of Services Facilitator, I think you will all agree it makes much more sense with my involvement in these departments already. I will still also continue to support  Kali with Event Management pre-event and on-site.

Over the next month, I'll be focusing on completing outstanding CC items. 

I will do a handover to who ever replaces me as Chair and if it takes longer than 1 month I'll still be here to support them while they find their feet. 

I feel strongly that we shouldn't rush to fill the Chair position but need to consider carefully that whoever takes on the role does not have other roles in Kiwiburn that would take their focus and time away from the role of Chair.

thanks for stepping up and taking on the role jaz. you've led kiwiburn through some of its most challenging times. 

I think you would be a great services facilitator and it def makes sense and aligns with your many other roles, and experience. thank you :-)

Jaz you've done a brilliant job through challenging times. I am very grateful that you've kept the kiwiburn flame going . I will give you a hug at kiwiburn again , even though you technically don't give hugs lol .
