Excellent. Luckily there are 124 without homes still so I believe we are covered.

Can remaining teams please let us know your numbers?

I know the Volunteer badges that were set aside for Greeters got distributed to MPW during pack down.  We need to review who got what and whether we need to produce any replacements.  Not sure where the excess ones went to - no one seems to know.

We will tidy up the process for next year.

We also need to distribute the Crew mugs to the appropriate volunteers as only a few of these were issued during the event so we will need to get them out to volunteers one way or another.

Hi,
just for the record, Depot got all their patches, some of our members were double ups for other teams (we had rangers, artery, gate peeps who were bi-departmental)
And if I am supposed to get a mug, I haven't got it. Eryn (Artery lead) and I have the same postal address so if we both get one, they can go together.

good work teams

Hi.
In regards to the Service departments, Gate and Depot both received their crew patches however Greeters (70), Centre Camp (2) or Ticketing (1) did not receive any.
No one in any of the Service Departments received mugs.

I brought the mugs back that did not get distributed - only a handful were.

We need to work out who the remaining mugs need to go  to - including a physical address or other means to get the mug to them.

Badges - as above, a pile seem to have disappeared from the Site office at some stage and not been distributed to the intended recipients. So we will need to rerun Volunteer badges if we want all the intended recipients to get one.  We, therefore, need to work out the number of badges needed.

i have a bunch of patches left over. they were in the site office when it was being packed up, i think had a greeters post it note on (maybe) but as there were no greeters on site still, and non of the set up crew or build teams had been given patches proceeded to give them out to people who wanted one. i have . . . .12

Hey Andy!

If ya know anyone coming to Wellington anytime soon - me and Kora live together. We could also offer to get any out to Wellington based people if a list of who needs mugs occurs - I'm putting my hand up for this, thinking Kora might be able to help me :P

Chur!

Thanks for that - an offer we will most likely take up.  We are still working on the list of who requires what, so once that is finalised we can get back to you.

I have recently unearthed a bunch of around 25 volunteer patches that were samples from the printers. not sure who needs them the most, tho they are in auckland when you're ready to distribute them.

We are still waiting on Team Leads to respond to (several) requests for the names of anyone who was supposed to get one but didn't.

Hola.
KB founder usually likes to add one to his collection :) I actually forgot to snare one this year, so if there are still any left over I'd be grateful for that as well..
Thanks
