is an Ops summit going to be a thing? i could see massive benefits from having one, especially with a lot of new leads and having a year off, but also aware the budget is running out of wriggle room. what do others think?

I see the merit, just no longer know what ops refers too now. Can we please (for clarity and for new volunteers) refer to the current org chart since ops has been broken down? What teams/departments would you suggest for this/is there benefit in aligning this with the site visit prior to KB20?

at minimum, google hangouts meetings are a good option
