Aw yes i heard about no Pollys put the kettle on this year :-( But hopefully you will go and have an awesome time in canada!

Im applying for circus school down in christchurch! I found out if i get in or not today... eek!

Ok I will pass this on to the excom, I may or may not have my hands full already. I think we are planning on putting medics in the whole of the pony shed, and then there will be the depot next to the pony shed which is like an information desk/volunteer meeting point/mpw eating point.

And yes we have already booked 4 soldiers from senjo!

this year they are planing on haveing a triarge area for participants who need to be observed, so will not have any time or manpower to help with security as such.  they will also need to be given a heads up about what substances are on the paddock, just as a fyi while on paddock so that they know what they might be dealing with. 

also i hope that the security committee has booked senjo because they will need to be booked early as it is their busy period and KB will want the good ones. *smiles*

so Medics email is paul_...@xtra.co.nz and emailing them asap would be great!!

But don't the medics need a place to camp as well?   I don't think they're setting themselves up in the pony shed.    Do we have a space for them?  I am happy to liase with them up to the festival and will write to them today once I know what to tell them about their camping situation.   Also, who is the right person for them to liase with once at Kiwiburn?   Will it just be the Site Manger/Mudfop folk??   With maybe Hana (as Gate Manager) and Poppy  (as Depot Manager) as backups?
