This is relevant for Teams as much as it is ExCom. With enthusiasm from Volunteer Coordinator Bel after a trial using KAC's fabulous Job Description folder, I've started to create 'Shortcut/shared' Job Descriptions folders within each of our Teams folders in the KB Drive (some will be familiar with shared Early Entry and Health and Safety files). This allows teams to create JDs directly within their own files, while also allowing Bel to see all current JDs from her own folders in KB Drive > Crew > Volunteers - Job Descriptions.
