radio station would be great, the greeters and pirate ship sound systems are already radio ready and I will ensure Town hall and gate sound systems are also radio ready

Excellent to see what came out of the two days thanks Jax. As I have said I wish I was there but I had family event on.

Very good to see a cleanup manager being proposed... As well as a sound manager. Also agree with Karl that his talents are best spent on roles other than finance, even though he is doing a great job there at present.

Before I start feeding all the new tasks into Asana  (from the list at the bottom of the minutes), could department heads possibly get back to me on required/preferred deadlines/due dates for all new tasks being added to their areas? Otherwise im just estimating really.

 I think maybe this due date discussion needs its own thread to discuss the nitty gritty details.
I think the easiet way to do this is as follows:
I will create a google drive document that everyone can amend/add info/remove info about due dates
(I wont bother creating it unless you guys think this is a good idea or I will just be wasting my time)
Fill in the due dates if you have one in mind or are the department head, etc and any comments or feedback can be discussed in the thread itself. Some of the task dont require due dates just a general OK to add the additional info to tasks already on Asana. Some of the list needs further clarification since Im still kinda new to this.
Once a due date has been added I will feed that information into Asana and will continue to do this till the list in completed.

If this is agreeable to everyone I will have a link to the google drive document posted in a new thread by the end of the day......

I think it's pretty important to get the due dates into Asana so that people can start getting reminders for things that need doing.  Right now we're kind of relying on Jax to tell us and I don't think that's the aim of the new structure, eh?
