DISCUSSION: Roles to be advertised and Job Descriptions required

am wanting to advertise key positions available in the next week or so. it is already march and I think we need to get cracking on these so we have a full team as early as possible in the year:

chairperson (is wayne still a candidate ie is he still keen?)

arts facilitator (JD underway)

arts team (JD underway)

finance 2ic

crew 2ic

comms facilitator (already advertised)

event manager

any others?

I do not believe Wayne is still an option for Chair.

I believe that Diia has someone in mind as Arts facilitator.

Event Manager does not need to be advertised at this time.

I will confirm with Nan when he is back online around the 10th if he intends to continue as a facilitator.

We will also need a new Town Planning team. I will confirm with them that they have updated the JD.
