It's a pretty big one, but has Y! Answers been considered yet? With Yahoo's track record, and the sheer enormity of the Answers site, I doubt there'd be time to pull it all in the event of a shutdown notice.
On a similar note, I recently grabbed all of ask.metafilter (a much smaller operation), which I plan to upload sometime when I get a chance. Whole thing will probably be a couple gigs compressed.
