Languagepack KDE in German is wrong

I just installed the latest languagepack for German in Kubuntu and only the
base pack has translations in it. The other is empty (exept the copyright).

So many applications seem untranslated but they are translated.

Can someone confirm that?

Hi Jonathan,

Before we can confirm, may we ask you to try to be a bit more specific
so we can better help?

If you could tell us:

Which version of Kubuntu you're running?
Which language pack version have you got installed?
Which particular applications are untranslated?

We could then take it from there.

Btw, it's often normal that the non-base language packs are empty. In
that case, all translations are in the -base language packs.

1:11.04+20110117

lancelot, muon and I know that they both are 100% translated.
(Also the LC_ALL variable and LANGUAGE and LANG were not set after an
installation with daily build alternate). I had to set them manually. And
reselect the systemlanguage
