Dear All,

Please review this draft announcement about an ARK documentation change and provide your feedback by July 22. The title says most of it: 

    ARK documentation changing to show modern ARKs (ark:) by default instead of classic ARKs (ark:/)

This addresses a key deliverable of the Technical and Outreach Working Groups, but the impact seems broad enough to warrant review by all groups.
