I have inherited a plot of land which development potential - within various council parameters.
I am looking for initial outline proposals based on the size and shape of the site.

It comes down to what is the scheme which will optimise the space with each dwelling having:-
a) parking space or garage
b) a small yard space
c) space for one bin each
The overriding principle is NOT to have the maximum number of units with the smallest rooms but good sized units with either 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Excellent project for a young and aspirational architect.
