Documentation for new SQL Power Library build process

Hi dev team,

I think there ought to be some clear public documentation explaining how to build the library now that it's got a dependency on all that code that's generated by annotation processing.

I think the documentation should be in a file in the root of the project (perhaps called "README.build" or "BUILDING" or what-have-you) as well as on the library's googlecode wiki.

Specific items that need to be covered:

1. Why is there a pom.xml and a build.xml, and how do they relate and interact?
2. Why does the library have to be built in JDK 5, and when will that be resolved?
3. How do you get the library to build in eclipse? The exact sequence of steps should be outlined.

Who has the cycles to take this on? I want to build the library soon, and I think I should be able to accomplish the task by reading the docs, rather than having it demonstrated to me live.
