Patch to make non-null columns bold

Hi Guys,
I think it might be useful to see non-null columns bold in database
drawing - I wrote simple patch to achieve that functionality - I am not
sure that I did that in perfect way (I am not java expert, even less
expert for architect code). I also noticed that sometimes table maximal
width is not calculated right (both with my modification and in release
version of architect) so I added width of "M" or "m" to be on safe side.
Patch for the file I modified is attached.
