Power*Architect 0.9.13 Release Candidate 1 now available

Release Candidate 1 for Power*Architect 0.9.13 is now available. The
full list of changes since 0.9.12 include:

===New Features===
* Added a new SQL Query Tool to replace the older SQL Runner
* Added more keyboard shortcuts to the OLAP editor
* Added an a new 'Advanced Properties' tab for Database Types in
the JDBC drivers panel that allows for tweaking of database type
behaviour without having to directly edit the pl.ini

===Bug Fixes===
* Improved reverse engineering performance on Oracle
* Repositioning OLAP components in the OLAP editor is undo-able
* Fixed drop primary key syntax in Compare DM for SQL Server 2005
* Fixed an error when reverse engineering an index on a function
* Dragging and dropping objects from one tree in one window to the
playpen of another separate window is now possible
* Fixed print preview behaviour
* Fixed an issue where loading an OLAP session resulted in a new
OLAP session being added to the project.
