Arches 5.1 AWS Ubuntu Connection refuse - Part 2

 I now get a Connection Refused when I attempt to submit my credentials for creating a new account. Failure occurs on line 796 of create_connection. Access to unsecured portions of the website does now work.

Problem solved. Need to have email set up so that verification email concerning registration can be sent.
