condor status failed

Hi, I am running into problem again. This time it looks like I won't
able to connect to the pool.
Type in condor_status and it stuck a long time then gave me the
following message:

CEDAR:6001:Failed to connect to <5.1.1.251:9618>
Error: Couldn't contact the condor_collector on 5.1.1.251.

The pool is up and running. Perhaps your VM isn't properly connected to
the pool.
