Due to a scheduled power outage, Grid Appliance org as well as the
Public and Archer Grid Appliance pool managers will be offline from 11
PM until 11 AM EST (May 24th to May 25th).
This also means that users of groupvpn and group appliances will be
unable to obtain more certificates, which means no new resources, until
after 11 AM EST tomorrow.
