GSoC aspirant

Hi,

I am a sophomore from IIT Roorkee, India. I was going through the ideas page and I think that the "New Parser in Python to ArchC Language" project matches my skill set pretty much and I want to contribute to it as a GSoC student this summer.

I have experience in Python and C++(related to the project) and also in HTML, CSS, Java, Javascript, and PHP.

Could you please give me some more details about this project? How do I start contributing to it? Also, if there's any other requisite for the project, do tell me.

As advised, I have successfully set up the ArchC environment and have become familiar with it over the past 3 days.

I want to ask how do I contact the mentor for this project. It would be really helpful if I could have a discussion with the mentor regarding this project so that I could draft a proposal.
