Hi 

I am a second year student from IIIT hyderabad.

I liked the project Frontend: New Parser in Python to ArchC Language  

I have good knowledge of C/C++ and python and done many projects in python.

Not having any idea, How should I proceed into this.

  Specifically, go to our QuickStart page at: http://www.archc.org/doc.quickstart.html

  You may also look at one of the Python parser packages like pyparsing.
