New version of the book, Basic Computer Architecture, released (v2.2)

Dear all,

A new version of the book, "Basic Computer Architecture", has been released. It is version 2.2.

1. A lot of small (minor) bug fixes.

2. If you visit the site www.basiccomparch.com, you will see chapter-wise pdfs.

3. The slides are now in a widescreen (16:9) format.

The RISC-V chapter is on its way.
